Required Disclosure
RICHRE is the personal brand of Rich Blanchard, an individually-licensed Colorado real estate broker associate. All real estate services are offered through Rich's employing brokerage, LoKation®, the licensed Colorado real estate brokerage entity.
RICH RE is not itself a real estate brokerage. The licensed brokerage of record for every transaction is LoKation® (The K Company Realty Services, LLC).
